In order to meet our responsibility towards the environment as well as our customers and employees, we comply with guidelines for the production of TENTE products already today in addition to the regulations prescribed by law.
It goes without saying that we depend on the cooperation of our suppliers in the implementation of these standards. Please observe the requirements in our purchase orders and drawings which provide information on the regulations to be observed.
When selecting materials, all suppliers are bound to comply with the following product requirements. In case of deviations, the supplier undertakes to inform the TENTE Company immediately and without being requested to do so.
Duty to furnish information according to Section 33 of REACH Regulation:
The supplier undertakes to notify TENTE immediately and without being requested to do so if a product delivered by the supplier contains a substance of very high concern (SVHC) with a percentage by mass of more than 0.1 %. (The SVHC list is being updated constantly and can be obtained from http://echa.europa.eu/chem_data/candidate_list_table_en.asp.)
